| | Windows mail sends message, but error is shown and outbox blocks Weird error: If the outbox is empty and I send a new mail, it is placed in the outbox and is sent out. Then an error occurs (but the error message box remains empty). The message stays in the outbox and can't be read anymore ("message can not be found"). New messages are not send out and get stuck in the outbox. As soon as the first message is deleted from the outbox, the second goes out and creates the same error. I runned the WMutil program several times, rebooted, etc. No effect so far. Pleeeeease help me. :-( |

Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
