Windows Mail

I just purchased a new computer that has special buttons you can configure to
open different programs, one of them being a button with an envelope which I
wanted to configure for my email. Problem is I have to put in the web site
URL in order for it to go directly to windows mail. How would I know what
that address is? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Re: Windows Mail

My email provider is bellsouth.net but I didn't want to use their web page to
access my email - I just wanted to click on Windows Mail and use it the way I
used Outlook Express but I don't know if I can do it or not.

Click on the Start orb, then Programs, then right click on Windows Mail,
then
click on Send To, then Desktop and you should have a shortcut to it on your
desktop.

For setting up the accounts in Windows Mail, see their web pages on this:

If you also want newsgroups, their instructions on how to set up the
newsgroups account under Outlook Express should also work under
Windows Mail:

Go to Start | Default Programs and make sure Windows Mail has all its
defaults.
