Mail accounts are by default marked to be downloaded whenever a full Send and Receive is don, but you can do individual accounts by clicking the down arrow attached to the Send and Receive button. I use message rules like this to move mail from different accounts to different folders: Apply this rule after the message arrives Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account Move it to the fjsmjs folder and Stop processing more rules WinMail applies its junk mail folders before applying your rules, so that sometimes real mail ends up in the Junk Mail folder. -- Frank Saunders MS-MVP IE,OE/WM www.fjsmjs.com Do not send email |
