Can't send email with Windows Mail Version 6.0.6000.16386 (vista_rtm.061101-2205)

I need some help. I'm traveling, on my laptop, and can't send email. The
webmail works, but on my Windows Mail it doesn't. My ISP says it's a
Microsoft issue. I have deleted my mail account and added it back. That
didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the error message:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'Priscilla.Chomko@xxxxxx'. Subject
'Doors', Account: 'pop-server.austin.rr.com', Server:
'smtp-server.austin.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1
<Priscilla.Chomko@xxxxxx>... Relaying denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

It looks like the ISP you are connected to on the road won't allow you to
send thru their server..
Your options are:
1. Use webmail
2. Use the current ISP's server to send
3. Get a Gmail account, and use that server to send with. You can still use
Roadrunner's POP server to receive.

You might check whether you can reach your internet provider's email
server through a port other than port 25. Port 25 is often blocked if
the connection goes through another internet provider's equipment
before it reaches the email server. There's too many ports available
for a random search to be worthwhile, so ask your internet provider.
