Vista - changing email address in contacts

i've deleted an address in my contacts, and replaced it with another (same
name). When i go to email them the address automatically comes up and is
still the old one that i deleted. When i go and look at my contacts list, it
is the new address that is showing. Did i miss a step?

The auto-complete (when you type in a name) doesn't work well. And it only
works for the last 29 names you enter.
Just click on the To: button, and select your recipient.

The AutoComplete name comes from a different place than your contacts
folder. It's stored in the Registry and will rotate out after 29 different
recipients.
