Apparently, you haven't told Windows Mail the correct information about how to access your email account.
Please copy the entire error message (right-click on the message, and select Copy) and paste it back here. (Ctrl-V).

The best place to get info regarding the sending and receiving of e-mail is
your e-mail PROVIDER. If your e-mail facility is supplied by your ISP
(Internet Service Provider), give them a call and they will step you through
the process.

A full error message would help you get an answer faster. Also, which
if any antivirus programs are you running and who is your internet
provider?

Your first course of action should be to turn off that horrid stationery/wallpaper
so people can actually read what you wrote.

Next, you need to right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a
