Hi Digi,

To activate Spell Check, you need to be in a compose a message window. Then, click either on the "ABC with a red check" icon or click "Tools" and "Spelling".

To select English (US) or you have the spell check language error, see this tutorial for how. Sorry, US English is the only one available.

Windows Mail Spell Check

Hope this helps,
Shawn

I finally got it to work! I had to select ENGLISH - APPLY - ENGLISH - APPLY
- OK! Select it twice! It worked for me by doing this. Phil

Re: Email spell check

Your welcome Phil. I have added a note about the possibility of needing to repeat the steps for a situation like yours. Thank you for posting back your results.

Tools menu of the MAIN PAGE of Windows Mail>options>spelling tab>select
'always check spelling before sending'>apply.

Also:

In the language section below, change the spelling language to another
one, French>apply/ok.

Then change it back to English again>apply/ok

HTH?
