| Guest | Email Signature I have created my email signature in a html format so I can use my logo and a font I like as well as color but when I go to use it after I have applied it, I get a message that it is to large and it has been truncated; make it smaller. I have eliminated the logo and compressed the document and still get the same message. What else can I do to use my personalized email signature??? |

The signature file needs to be less than 4 KB to work properly. I suppose just make sure you are using a highly compressed image like a JPEG. You might take a look at this tutorial to see if anything will help on this for you. See step 6 for one way to create a signature file. Windows Mail Signatures Shawn |
