Can't see any messages in the inbox with my Gmail account

I set up my Gmail account with Windows Mail following the instructions on
about.com and it seemed to work. I even sent a message to another email
address and it worked. The only problem is, there's nothing in my inbox on
Windows Mail. I click "Send/Receive all" and it says "1 out of 1 tasks were
completed successfully", but no messages appear, even though there are plenty
of new messages in my inbox, according to Gmail.com. How come nothing is
appearing?

Sounds like you have set up the connection to the outgoing server properly,
but not the connection to the incoming server. Check the instructions
again,
for details such as the port number for the incoming server.

Re: Can't see any messages in the inbox with my Gmail account

To access Gmail, you have to turn on POP on your Gmail webpage.

Gmail... follow the instructions for Outlook Express...

but first you have to enable POP mail on the Gmail webmail page...
