Vista - Can't open all downloads

Hi I am using msn enails on a new vista and i am having a lot of trouble
opening downloads, sometimes they open sometimes they say they are about to
open in 27 seconds for example and then just dissappear, has anyone else had
this problem
Also after i have the option of open or save another box comes up with same
options plus extra ones what is the purpose of this and can i get rid of this
it makes opening downloades a annoying

any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Hi Joanne,

What anitvirus program are you using? The email scanning options for it may be interfering with opening the downloaded messsages.
