Vista Tutorial - authentication error / email to be sent but nothing to send.

I can get into my isp's email account and send and recieve emails . When I
pull up windows mail I get error messege authintication error. and lists
that I have emails to be sent yet there is nothing to be sent. This was
working up to two days ago . I have even gone as far as creating a new
account but still getting same issue.
Any ideas?

Telling us who your internet provider is would let anyone else here who
knows where to find their instructions tell you where they are.

You could tell us what, if any, antivirus programs you have since some
of them eventually cause problems in Windows Mail.

You might click on Outbox, then View, then Current View, then
Show All Messages so you will see any messages you have already
read.
