    HELP!!

    I keepgetting this message, it just started yesterday i have never had this
    problem before

    my ISP is RCN



    Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
    this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
    inactivity. Subject '', Account: 'mail.bellrossusa.com', Server:
    'mail.bellrossusa.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
    Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

    Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
    files from the scan. It provides no
    protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
    Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
    Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
