    Contact List (aka Address Book)

After much grief I've finally transferred my XP address book to Vista. Now,
how do I organize them by last name?

(By the way, the transfer was far from perfect. I had many different groups
that I would send information to but the tranfer mixed them all together
into one great big list with many duplicates. Now I have the job of
developing my group listings again. I've only been working with Vista for a
week or so and from what I see of Windows Mail it's a real dumbing down.)

    In the Contacts folder:
    Change the View to Details.
Right-click on the Name column heading, click on First Name, then click on
    Last Name
Click on the Last Name heading to sort by that, or click on First Name
    heading to sort by that.

    In a Create Mail window:
    Click on To:
Click on the Name column heading... it cycles thru 4 different sorts.
