Vista - Mr Gates

I really think Mr Bill Gates would stop in his tracks if he knew how
MICROSOFT was treating people who Buy MICROSOFT PRODUCTS I think it is sick
how vista is so screwed up then they charge you for help and now you can't
even get e-mail from msn (a microsoft company) in vista this is purely stupid
what is going on !!!! I am a business person (an accountant) and now I feel
like a fool I have clints that I got to buy vista and office Accounting
professional 2007 and they can not even answer your questions when you call
NO training and now NO e-mail and the worst thing is they treat you like you
are the stupid one
my e-mail is if you have something to say or report because I for one am not
going to wait it's been a year now

This is a peer to peer newsgroup.
There is no requirement or expectation that anyone from Microsoft read
any posts.

Unfortunately you have posted your Email address in a public newsgroup
so now you can expect an increase of spam.

As far as training, what do you expect?
Training if required is not part of a software package.

Your understanding that Windows Mail will not work with MSN
may be incorrect. If you have a premium MSN account with POP
access, it will work just fine with Windows Mail.
If you have a free MSN account which only has web access,
you will need to upgrade to Windows Live Mail. That will take all
of about 20 minutes to accomplish:
