Hiding email addresses when sending

In Outlook when I set up people in my address book I could show how it would
display on an email and delete the email address next to that person's name.
Many people don't like their email address broadcast all over the planet.
Is there a mean in Vista to send email without the email address printing?

Re: Hiding email addresses when sending

Unless you use BCC addressing, it is impossible to hide the email
address of the recipient. If you send to more than one person, it
is best to use BCC, which is offered by all email programs.

And if you do not see the BCC: field, in the compose window, click on View -
