| | protocol violation : invalid message set : 1:4294967295" sDoes anyone know how to reslove this errror. I am using Windows Mail to access an IMAP email account and each time I attempt to delete the contents of a folder in Windows Mail I get this proctocal violation error. |

Check Tools, Options, Advanced, Maintenance and see if the boxes are checked for purging IMAP messages when leaving folders or emptying Deleted Items folder upon exit. I eventually deleted the account and then add it back using POP3 instead of IMAP and tweak a few settings and all appears to be working a OK. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
