Vista - Cannot send mail with yahoo or hotmail address

You may need to try turning on SSL and try again.

Errors trying to reach port 25 often happen if your connection to the
server crosses from one internet provider's equipment to another's
before they reach the server. Such connections are often blocked
to make things harder for spammers. If this affects you, ask your
internet provider if their outgoing email server listens to any other
port for outgoing email, and if so, how to set up to use it.

If you are sure that Yahoo email address is valid, then there's
something flaky about that outgoing (SMTP) server. I am curious
why you are using the server's IP address, 75.126.27.170,
instead of its name, mail.serverpair.com? Servers can change
their assigned IP address, which is why it seldom is used.

Mail.serverpair.com is owned by the web hosting company
soft layer.com. In my experience, sending mail through a
web hosting server is flaky. Why don't you use your home ISP's
SMTP server?
