Vista Tutorial - unknow mistake

there is a mail in my send out box, and when I clikck, it is said unkonw
mistake....

because this mail in the send out box, I can not send out new mails.

I need to delet or empty the send out box, tell me how to do...

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also
works in other folders. If you don't know whether to use
the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit

That page offers two download options. Unless you know for sure
you have 64-bit Vista, use the 32-bit option.
