| Guest | All emails are regarded to be junk-mail A customer of mine has a brandnew Vista-PC with the effect, that all incoming emails are regarded as junk-mail and put into the junk folder. The junk-filter stands on the value as delivered (the second one from top, the english word might be "low"). What can be done to repair that behaviour? (Remark: the only thing I changed on that PC was deinstalling the preinstalled Norton and installing another antivir program.) Thanks in advance Axel |

in the box before Low:, click on that box and then Apply. Click on Blocked Senders. If any email address you want email from, or even just the part after @, is on the list, click on it and then Remove. Click on OK. | ||||||||||||

the problem is resolved after I have run the Norton removal tool and de-/re-installed the other AV-program. This is "AntiVir" from Avira. It is very popular in Germany and definitely compatible with Vista and Windows Mail (they say so). Thank you for your contribution Axel | ||||||||||||
