This usually means that your connection to the server goes through some
other internet provider's equipment before it gets to udel.edu. Such
connections to port 25 are often blocked to cause problems for
You have two choices: Switch to using the first internet provider's
SMTP server for outgoing mail, until you get back to udel.edu.
Or ask udel.edu if you can reach their outgoing email server through
a port other than port 25.
