I am trying to set up my windows mail and spysweeper is not able to send or
receive e-mail saying it is probly caused by my firewall. I went into the
firewall but I dont understand it so I figured I had better not change
anything any sugestions will be helpful.

SpySweeper should not be messing with your email. This type of
intrusive security program is not compatible with Windows Mail.
Uninstall it, and try Windows Mail again.

Incidentally, Vista includes an anti-spyware program called Windows
Defender, which is quite adequate and is 100% compatible!
