Re: Do not no how to work this at all

Assuming you have an AOL account, you need to follow AOL's setup
instructions:
http://www.postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html

Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but they will work fine
on Windows Mail.

Re: Do not no how to work this at all

I am with AOL. I do not use a client mail service. Instead I log into AOL when I want to read my mail. This has 2 advantages.

1. It is nearly impossible to get viruses.
2. You can delete spam on the server side.

The security benifits are a lot better than the computer downloading all your mail.
