| Guest | Re: Do not no how to work this at all Assuming you have an AOL account, you need to follow AOL's setup instructions: http://www.postmaster.aol.com/imap/express.html Those instructions are for Outlook Express, but they will work fine on Windows Mail. -- Gary VanderMolen [MS-MVP WLM] "odizzle" <odizzle@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:F321DF15-8B29-4825-81BE-D247E93A8EDC@xxxxxx Quote: > um yea. just started this thing. first off whats IMAP and SNTP? > i keep gettin this message: > > The host 'aol' could not be found. It is nearly impossible to get viruses. 2. You can delete spam on the server side. The security benifits are a lot better than the computer downloading all your mail. |
