| | Re: mvi There are sites where you can upload large files for someone to retrieve.... http://www.mediamax.com/Brands/MediaMax/home/home.aspx http://www.xdrive.com/ http://files-upload.com/ or you can use a peer to peer program, like ICQ or Skype to directly transfer files. <wgroen@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:#a$DrpjKIHA.1212@xxxxxx Quote: > want to send e-mail + attachment > attach: mvi 0000avi size 37.8MB, > CAN"T SEND to big, what to do to send it anyway????!!! |

Most ISP's will reject large mails, you can uncheck it and try to send a large mail, see what happens? Tools>accounts>mail>select your account>properties>advanced tab. Set to break apart messages larger than: I find that 500KB is generally accepted by them. The recipient will need to use the Combine and Decode feature on each part sent to view the message. Select each part of the message by holding the Ctrl key>then Rt click the selected>combine and decode. Then open the generated attachment. For a lot of parts the best method to select them all is to select the first part then holding down the Shift key select the last part, all will be selected. -- Regards Steve. MS-MVP. OE.
