| | Re: I need help I had difficulty determining whether your ISP uses port 110 or 143 for IMAP. Apparently their servers support both POP and IMAP. You could try changing the port number from 110 to 143 to see if that makes any difference: Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced.
