| | Multiple Account but Send from only One Account Hi Just new to forum. I have read all the threads on multiple accounts, not an issue. I have got 2 Accounts, call them Account 1 and Account 2. Both set up as POP3 to receive, then for Account 1 i have created a Rule to move to another folder. so all good. Problem is with sending, in Entourage on my Apple, I could select which account I wanted to send from ALL the time. As now on Vista, Windows Mail, I want to SEND ALL from Account 2, but if I reply from Account 1, then it trys to send from Account 1. OK, when sending I can select the Account 2 manually. My Question then is, how do I AUTOMATICALLY just allow to send from Account 2 in ALL cases? I cant seem to find a solution within forums, maybe its just accept, any suggestions? Dean |

| | Re: Multiple Account but Send from only One Account As you probably know, you can select which account is the default, meaning that account will be used when composing a new email. When replying, Windows Mail (like OE) always chooses the account identity which downloaded the original message. If you always want to reply from one identity, then simply use the same display name and return address on both accounts. -- Gary VanderMolen [MS-MVP WLM] "Dean" <Dean@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:B47F0DF8-1728-40B3-BD8A-AB245EF5A83A@xxxxxx Quote: > Hi > Just new to forum.
