Possibly this is a Virus Security setting in your Email Client's options. Take a look at the Menu for: "Tools" > "Options" and then choose the "Tab labled "Security". There you should find a Check box for: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" If you are only getting graphic file types of attachments and nothing else, then this setting may be the culprit...
