I cannot send and I get error message, The connection to the server has failed. | | Re: Windows Mail Does the connection to the server go through any other internet provider's equipment before it gets to bellsouth.net? If so, such connections to port 25 are often blocked to cause trouble for spammers. Note that wireless connections often take a route different from DSL connections. Have you use bellsouth.net's instructions for setting up to use their servers? <http://help.bellsouth.net/bellsouth/asp/browse_subfolder.asp?sprt_fid=0a41840c-0baf-4379-9f63-f578f49fee77> <http://help.bellsouth.net/bellsouth/asp/contentview.asp?isbrowse=true&sprt_cid=24dbf61a%2D2ce9%2D4192%2Da589%2D121587e364c2> What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them are known to cause trouble in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.
