OMG this is impossible

Ok so I followed the exact step to set up my Yahoo email thru WM..
everything goes well but at the end a popup come up for a username and
password... I type it in but it keeps popping up again... I have read
previous email but no one actually said what needs to be done to fix this...
this is the rejection message I get.. someone plz plz plz help

Account: 'Mail Call', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR invalid user/password', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Are you sure you have POP access to Yahoo?
US-based free Yahoo accounts only have web access, no POP access.
You'd have to pay extra for Yahoo Mail Plus:
http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com/

Are you sure you used Yahoo's instructions?

And do you have the extra cost account that works with Windows Mail?
