Vista - reading my messages

when I open windows vista mail, it tells me it's recieving new messages on
the bottom right side of the screen but sometimes none or just a couple of
the messages come into my inbox, and I don't see them in my junk mail either,
so where do they go??

You may have set up an email rule that deletes messages from people
whose messages you don't want to read. If so, they may go into
Deleted Items or be gone permanently.

Hi Riverhills,

In addition to the previous post about a message rule, what antivirus program are you using? If it has a email filter in it, it can cause this to. Read the "FIRST" section in this tutorial for more about antivirus programs and Windows Mail.
