I have lost several > important E-Mail I wanted to keep. > We need to return these messeges please When you hit the Not Junk button the message does not keep its unread status, to find it you need to remove the "group by conversation view" at view>current view (Alt, V, V, G). Then sort by the received column in your inbox, or other Folder, if the message was moved to a folder by a Rule, to find the newest messages. It's a bug. You can toggle the view by using the keystrokes (Alt, V, V, G). HTH? -- Regards Steve. MS-MVP. OE. [DTS] UK ------------------------------------------------------ Dear Steve, we already used sort by the received column in our inbox as last mail receive date, exactly meaning we never "group by conversation view", Please do your best to tell us where the messege will go after we click button E-Mail is not junk to these messeges ? |

The only thing that I can suggest is that you do a 'Find' on your local folders, using a search term that you are CERTAIN was past of the lost message, either a 'word', subject, to or from, or simply find all messages received after a certain date? In future do not use the not junk button, right click the message and select move to folder. HTH? -- Regards Steve. MS-MVP. OE. [DTS] UK |
