| | Importing contacts When I imported my email addresses from XP (.wab), it alphabetized them according to FIRST names not last names. What to do? -- Patrick |

| | Re: Importing contacts It depends on where you are looking... In the Contacts folder: If you have a column for "Last Name", just click on the heading to sort (up/down). If you don't see the Last name column, add it by right-clicking on the Name heading and select "Last". | | Re: Importing contacts Windows Mail works differently than OE did. Many users say it's a step backwards. Although you can create folders and move contacts into them, it doesn't do much good. When you click on the To: button, all contacts will show up, disregarding the folders.
