| | Emails received but not my address Please help! For the last 3 weeks I have been receiving sexually explicit emails from different people but they all ask that I reply to geocities.com/their ID.They are getting more frequent but the funny thing is,they don't have my address in the to box. They are all to different addresses but have the same IP that I have. They started out with one every day and now there are 15-20. I have never been to this sight. I have been adding them to my block sender and sender domain lists but they just use different addresses each time. Call me dumb or boring but I only have 3 sights I visit and they definitely don't have anything to do with sexual content. Is there a way to stop these emails and why do I get them if they do not have my address in the" to" box? Thank you |

| | Re: Emails received but not my address Every time you get one of those, forward it to abuse@xxxxxx with a request that they take appropriate disciplinary action against their member. Emails are not necessarily delivered by what you see in the 'To' field of a received email. If someone sends you an email via BCC addressing, your email address will not be in the 'To' field. -- Gary VanderMolen [MS-MVP WLM] "lakota" <lakota@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:66B46C99-D065-4A6D-95AF-2939B939CC9B@xxxxxx Quote: > Please help!
