| | adding new contacts I just got to this program today. I can get into the mail program, but when I try to "add contact", the screen starts to open and then closes, so I can't add any contacts. I can add a contact if someone sends me an e-mail and I want to add the sender. I also can not get any import instructions when I click on "import". Thanks, John |

Thanks, John You might try doing it from the "C:\Users\(your username)\Contacts" location. For more on Contacts, see: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/69738-contacts.html Plus, check to make sure that "Windows Contacts" and "Windows Mail" have all of their defaults set to them. This tutorial will show you how. Just select them (one at a time) and click "Set this program as default". Default Programs - Program Default Associations Shawn |
