Vista - Windows Mail can't start when 2nd user logs on

Vista Sucks n/a posts	Windows Mail can't start when 2nd user logs on When using the "Switch User" in Vista Home Premium windows mail works fine for the first user to log on, but fails to start when switching to 2nd user. Any suggestions/hints to fix this problem ??
