| | Urgent - Windows Mail keeps asking for confirmation of login and will not receive (login is correct) When I try to receive messages, windows repeatedly asks for confirmation of the login information. I am quite certain that it is correct. The accounts are configured identically to how they were in Outlook Express. Help! I urgently need to check my mail. The error message is below: Account: 'mail.toucanmultimedia.com', Server: 'mail.toucanmultimedia.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Login failed.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 I tried it with "my server requires authentication" checked as it was in Outlook Express, and with it unchecked. Any Idea why this doesn't work? I have attached screenshots of the account configuration. |
