| | sending and receiving mail I have a new laptop with Vista and travelling in Brazil. My home desktop has Windows XP with Outlook. I'm trying to communicate with it, but error keeps coming up. "The connection to the server has failed...........socket error:10060 Error number:0x8000". What does this all mean. Please help, I'm technologically semi-literate. Thanx. Joe. |

You have given us only a small part of the error message; we will need to see it verbatim.
