Vista - Impossibility to suppress an email

I sent an email. This email is now in my "send box". I can't suppress it.
There is an error message: "An unknown error has occured". I can only press
"OK", nothing happen, the email is not deleted.

Besides, when I click on this email, there's something wrong: instead of my
message, something else is written: "The message couldn't be displayed.
Windows Mail has met an unknown problem on displaying the message. Check if
there is enough memory and try again."
There is no sender name, no addressee and no subject.

Does anyone have an explanation? Does anyone have a solution to erase this
mail?

Je ne peux pas supprimer un email de mes éléments envoyés.
Lorsque je clique dessus, puis essaie de le supprimer, il m'affiche un

Windows Mail a rencontré un problème inattendu lors de l'affichage de ce
message. Vérifiez si la mémoire ou l'espace disque de votre ordinateur ne
sont pas insuffisants et recommencez.

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first. Certain common
antivirus programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee,
or a recent one from Trend, tend to cause such problems, although
seldom immediately, so if you have such a program, remember
where to find the fix - you are likely to need it again.
