Email

I need help setting up my email servers so that I can send emails and forward
documents. I sometimes am computer dumb, so please include details.

Normally you get your email setup instructions from your ISP or
email provider. They will have a web page with instructions.

I see you have a Yahoo email address. Unfortunately, US-based
free Yahoo accounts do not have POP access, only web access.
One solution would be to upgrade to a paid Yahoo account:

Another solution is a third party add-on:
http://ypopsemail.com/

If you don't care about using Yahoo with Windows Mail, you can use an
email address from your ISP, or you can get a free email account from Gmail.
