| | Re: Email Normally you get your email setup instructions from your ISP or email provider. They will have a web page with instructions. I see you have a Yahoo email address. Unfortunately, US-based free Yahoo accounts do not have POP access, only web access. One solution would be to upgrade to a paid Yahoo account: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...erview-03.html Another solution is a third party add-on: http://ypopsemail.com/ If you don't care about using Yahoo with Windows Mail, you can use an email address from your ISP, or you can get a free email account from Gmail. -- Gary VanderMolen [MS-MVP WLM] "aprilloftis@xxxxxx" <aprilloftis@xxxxxx@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8D0A96B0-6269-47A3-ABA5-98DA8F1DA76E@xxxxxx Quote: >I need help setting up my email servers so that I can send emails and forward > documents.
