Cannot recieve Email from Australia.....

For some reason, cannot receive email from Oz. Already checked that the Junk
Email settings are not blocking the .au extension. What else could it
possibly be? This is both in WinMail and Hotmail.....

Thanks,
Bill

For WinMail, click on Tools, then Message Rules, then Mail. Click on each
of
the rules on the list, and for those which refer to someone you want mail
from,
or just give .au as the address to block, click on Remove. At the end of
the
list, click on OK.

For Hotmail, I don't know, but it may indicate the mail is blocked before it
gets to your computer. Ask your email provider if they have email from .au
addresses blocked.

Robert,
Thanks for the reply. I get the first part about mail rules, but I do not
see what you are getting at here. I'm not trying to block email addresses
with .au as part of the address. Actually, I'm trying to receive them.

I was telling you how to remove mail rules that delete the messages
after they arrive.
