Vista - problem with authorization

i have everything set up correctly (or so i think) to have my yahoo mail
imported into windows mail, but when i click on the send/receive button it
always asks me to input my user name and password over and over again. even
though i continuously type in the same user name and password that i have
for my email account, the window keeps popping up and asks me to type them
in again and again and it never goes through. help!

Windows Mail does not handle webmail.
US-based free Yahoo accounts do not have POP access, only web access.
One solution would be to upgrade to a paid Yahoo account since that will make
Yahoo accessible with a POP email client like Windows Mail::

Another solution is a third party add-on: http://ypopsemail.com/
However, we can't provide support for third party programs.
