set option to send but not receive mail

Is there an option that would allow email to only be sent form one of my two
computers and not received? The other comuter would send and receive email.
I use Outlook Express which now seems to be WinMail....

You could put it in a manual mode so that it won't automatically
send/receive emails when WM starts-up nor will it do it on its time basis.
You can do the same thing with OE too. You'll have to use the Send/Recv
button to send the emails from the Outbox in this state, as they will be
held in the Outbox until you send them manually. It will also do the receive
to the Inbox. You can't stop this cycle when using the Send/Recv button, but
you have the control as to when it will do the send/receive when WM is put
in its manual state of sending and receiving emails by using the Send/Recv
    button.
