| | multiple email accounts When I click on the down arrow of Send and Receive, I see my 3 accounts...however I can not get anything but my default account to open. Thus I write or read from my other two accounts. Please help...Thanks Francie |

Please help...Thanks > Francie into the same Inbox, so it's often hard to tell which account it came from. Click on Tools, then Accounts. Click on one of the other email accounts, then Properties. If there is no check mark in the box before Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing, click on this box and then Apply. Click on OK. Then do the same for the other email account. Then click Close. To receive mail on all the accounts, click Tools, then Synchronize All. This also brings in newsgroup posts, if you've subscribed to any newsgroups. |
