| | New Vista Windows Mail Won't Send to Outgoing Server but Receivers Mail Just Fine I have been working on this all day. Went from bad to worse (no incoming). Then I deleted the whole thing and started over again, reentering all info in new email account. Now my incoming mail is getting into Windows Mail just fine, but once again nothing goes out. SMTP server gives error message: Error Number: 0x800CCC0F My email provider is PeoplePC.com Tried their online help live chat techie, but nothing working yet.
