HTML Messages

Every message I view in WLMD I need to press ALT+SHIFT+H to view in html
format. How do I view all messages in HTML format by default without acessing
shortcuts.

Tools | Options | Read
Uncheck Read all messages in plain text.

You do know how to get the menu, don't you?

I use Windows Server 2003 x64 trial, so it appear all the menu(file, edit,
view...) at top of program when the application is maximized. Like the image
attached.
