Vista - problem sending email--possible solution

I was having problems sending email using comcast.net. I read alot of posts
and advice and changed my settings but it was not working.

Then I looked closer at the mail in my outbox and one message had no
content. I deleted it and now I can send mail again, although it is slower
than before.

Was hoping this might help someone.

I was having problems with my email not getting sent, so low and behold, I
double cheked my account and had one too many letters, so I redid everything
and double checked it and now there is no problem sending emails, even sent
myself one twice, now it works perfectly, problem solved at my end.

In sending e-mail, I have encountered the following: I type my name, e-mail
address, message that hotmail no longer supported but to click on get windows
live and then do so. I am unable to send an e-mail. I am doing something
wrong, but do not know what it is.
