| | Windows Mail / Outlook Express In Outlook Express, when I forwarded mail, I had all my contacts separated into groups that I could access and either choose 1 or 2 people or select all of them in each group. I might have contacts in two or more groups and that was fine. In Windows Mail I have folders set up with my groups in them, however I can't find a way, when I am forwarding. to choose just one group. Also if I have contacts in more than one group/folder in Windows Mail, I have double or triple names in the forwarding list. I understand about setting up mailing list groups, but that will not allow me to just select 1 or 2 people out of the mailing list. Does anyone know of a way that I can re-create my groups as I had them in Outlook Express? |

| | Re: Windows Mail / Outlook Express In WM, the only way to selectively edit a group after you add it to the To: field, is to save the message as a draft, then re-open it. Then you can remove unwanted recipients. The newer Windows Live Mail allows you to expand the group list, after adding it to the To: field, so you can remove recipients. But I don't think either works like OE did. -- http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "RetiredPony" <RetiredPony@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:A891C137-521B-49D3-A16B-47C00A26C18F@xxxxxx Quote: > In Outlook Express, when I forwarded mail, I had all my contacts separated > into groups that I could access and either choose 1 or 2 people or select > all > of them in each group.
