| | switch e-mail accounts I am currently using windows mail. It gathers my e-mails from an optonline account and I am able to store them into folders and manage them with windows mail. I will be leaving optonline and have registered a new e-mail account with my website host. I would like to now have windows mail gather my e-mails from this new account - and not lose any of the files I have created. Can you help? Thanks |

It puts all the incoming mail into one Inbox, though. A website email account will not work under Windows Mail if you have to use the HTTP protocol to reach it. In this case, you may want to download and install Windows Live Mail, which does work with this protocol: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview |

| | Re: switch e-mail accounts thank you. excuse my ignorance, but how can I know if it will require an http protocol? I like the idea of gathering several e-mail accounts thru windows mail and then sorting them through one inbox.
