Exporting From Microsoft Works Spreadsheet

Does anyone know how to download email addresses from Works Spreadsheet to a
contact folder in Windows Mail. Right now I am manually copying and pasting
each address that I need for certain mail groups = a couple hundred adresses
for each group - any thoughts??

Re: Exporting From Microsoft Works Spreadsheet

I'm not sure how much Works Spreadsheet is like Excel, but in Excel I'd save
the sheet as a CSV file.
In WM, File - Import - Windows Contacts - CSV
Import
select the .csv file
map the fields you wish to import
Finish
