quick Q re: hotmail "live".
i have setup windows mail for a POP connection but have no idea on the
incoming and outgoing mail server.
i tried "mail.live.com.au" but with no luck,
i'm new to hotmail (being a yahoo convert) and hoping someone out there can
help.

I don't know about your country's Hotmail, but for the US Hotmail,
Windows Mail won't connect. You may need to download and
install Windows Live Mail, which will:

http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

Some of the things I've read about .live.com.au addresses suggest
that the same may apply to them.
