Vista - cant receive e-mails

i can end emails but when i try to receive I get error messageerr invalid
user name or password, server error 0x800ccc92

Have you tried entering your username with no CAPITAL LETTERS?
Have you tried following it both with and without the part of your
email address that starts with @? Are you sure you use CAPITAL
and lowercase letters in the password where expected? Some email
providers make such requirements without making sure they tell you.
